  • Apply moisturizer as directed by your provider.
Avoid direct sun exposure; use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily.
  • Avoid hot baths, saunas, steam rooms, intense workouts, and pools for at least 24–48 hours (or as advised).
  • Do not pick, scratch, rub, or exfoliate the treated area unless instructed to do so.

Laser / IPL / Resurfacing

  • Mild redness, warmth, or peeling may occur; this is normal.

Chemical Peels

  • Redness, mild swelling, flaking, or peeling is expected for 2–5 days (or longer with deeper peels).
  • Do not use retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, acids, or exfoliants until healing is complete
  • Stay out of the sun as much as possible for 7–10 days post-treatment.

Post-Treatment Care

  • Avoid strenuous exercise, heat, alcohol, and blood-thinning agents for 24–48 hours.
  • Do not touch or massage the treated area unless instructed to do so.
